I went on and re-installed Tiger + ran the OS / Software updates to 10.4.11. Mac OS X 10. If you wish to follow the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the Mac OS X Tiger 10.4 set of instructions on Apples support website, you can download the Mac OS X. Wish I could remember why I was forced to Leopard on the G5. Download Mac OS X Tiger (version 10.4) ISO, DMG Installation disk for free.
